1. Return Period
Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. In the best case, it should be in perfect condition; at minimum, it must be in resalable condition.
3. Special Products
Special Return Conditions:
- Paint cans with liquid or spray paint: Can only be returned in case of deterioration, within a maximum period of 2 days.
- Products in cardboard boxes: Must be returned with the box as well.
- Products in blister packaging: Can be opened, but must be returned with the blister packaging intact.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- Receipt Confirmation: Email notification within 1-2 business days
- Inspection: 2-3 business days for quality control
- Approval/Processing: 1-2 business days
- Refund to Account: 3-5 business days (depending on your bank/payment method)
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

5. Exchanges

Exchange Conditions: Exchanges are only processed for defective or damaged products. For other reasons, we recommend using our return and repurchase option.
